Precious aid supplies have made their way to the typhoon-ravaged Philippines thanks to the dedication of Tramore woman Hilary O’Neill who had the great idea of getting GOAL and Aer Lingus to team up and deliver the goods.Hilary is now turning her attention to fundraising, starting on Friday 6th December with a fantastic live band called Mad Ferritt, Ireland's best Oasis Tribute band, playing at The Grand Hotel Tramore

Tramore based batik artist Kay McLoughlin has presented Irish author Catherine Dunne (who has just won the Giovanni Boccaccio International Prize for fiction for her book “The Things We Know Now”) with a batik of Knockeen Dolmen following Catherine’s reading from the novel in Tramore Library on Friday, 27th September, 2013.
